Easy to make, this high protein bread is perfect for soups, salad and a treat when you want something cheesy.
Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe
You will need:
1 cup flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
To make:
Preheat oven 350F.
Mix all ingredients until into a ball.
Spray cooking pan. Spread on cooking pan with a roller.
Sprinkle with cheddar chees.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese turns dark and crispy.
Allow to cool before eating.
I haven’t made this into a pizza crust but I can see how that would work!
